Hi Guillem,
Please allow dpkg-buildflags to use PIE on kfreebsd. Due to an ancient
bug (#430455) it remains disabled. But kfreebsd-10, -9 and probably -8
support PIE binaries.

With GCC 6 (and backported to GCC 5), GCC can be configured with
--enable-default-pie. DEB_BUILD_*OPTIONS allows explicit disabling of some
features, however with changed defaults, all these settings are a no-op.
Therefore please don't assume any defaults

Hi Guillem,
dpkg-shlibdeps with multiple -l options works counterintuitively - the
paths are searched in the reverse order they were given.
This causes a problem when building gcc-5-cross (#818873) which calls
