These updates to my archive contain updates to French man pages by Philippe
Batailler. I have applied them to both branches, though I suspect you'll
only want to update the 1.13 branch. They were made originally for 1.10. In
1.13, I have followed the reanaming you made such as dpkg.8 renamed to dpkg.1

Scott, Philippe may need help in setting up an archive for him to work with.
He's OK with arch, but doesn't have any place with shell access to place his
public archive mirror. I suspect that this could be feasible without shell
access to an ISP account, but I'm too ignorant to be able to help him...
