Hi,

Similarly to #839132, I've failing builds on some gccgo arches due to missing
FFI support in libgo:

fatal error: libgo built without FFI does not support reflect.Call or 
runtime.SetFinalizer

This happens at least on ia64 and riscv64, but probably on other arches too. I
need to fix other problems there first.
