Another round of rebuild were performed with RC2, and as expected nothing
changed.
pyogrio got patched in the mean time, and mysql-workbench & facet-analyser
remain broken for other reasons.

The first beta for GDAL 3.10.0 has been released, and its SONAME bump requires
a transition.
Only pyogrio FTBFS due to changes in GDAL, the two others are unrelated, so
that looks good.
