Djoum this is a very old and known problem, the only known workaround to it is to enable libapache-mod-ssl, even if unconfigured. We are all waiting for the libc6 maintainer to fix this issue. Jeff please it's time to fix this issue. This bug has to stay RC since it breaks unreleated
