Package: libc6 Version: 2.2.5-11.2 Severity: wishlist On solaris, it is possible to use the 'compat' mode in NSS with LDAP directories. Now that the libnss-ldap package start to support netgroups, the compat module should support using netgroups and user info from LDAP. See <URL:http://www.sunmanagers.org/pipermail/summaries/2002-January/002093.html> for an exampple on how this is done no Solaris.
