I don't know if this is helping at all but I got this error and I fixed it by
just downloading the library files:
/lib/libacl.so.1.1.0
and
/lib/libattr.so.1.1.0
After that, I was able to:
apt-get -f install and set up the new libc6.
I am not sure what cause the problem, but this is a quick fix
