I hereby licence all of my Debian translations under the GNU LGPLv2 or
later. Is this sufficient?
To the best of my memory, I was the sole contributor to d-i and probably
any other Debian-specific translations.

The current locale defintion for Welsh (cy_GB) has Dydd %A %d a viz %B %Y %T
%Z as the date format. This is wrong. (Welsh doesn't even have the letters
'v' or 'z'.) A better format would have s/a viz/o fis/.

/usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED should include a line cy_GB UTF-8, and
possibly similar lines for other locales. Such lines have already been
added in upstream CVS. I have been using cy_GB.UTF-8 as my locale for
almost a year with no problems.
