for this bug or at least document the problem in the places they will look

, /lib64 is going
to need to stick around for a very long time. If at some point in the distant
future we can finally get rid of it, whatever libc package we're using at that
point can check for it and remove it in a package script.

debian-glibc folks,
Have you looked at the patch?
Does to look correct/appropriate?
Can it go in the Debian package?
Can you help get it accepted upstream?
This problem is one of the few remaining LSB test suite failures.
Thanks,

Hi debian-lsb and debian-glibc,
I just filed 3 RC bugs against glibc for the following LSB test
failures,
#218130
ia64: /tset/LI18NUX2K.L1/base/fwide/T.fwide 4 FAIL
#218129
ia64: /tset/LI18NUX2K.L1/base/vfprintf/T.vfprintf 5 FAIL
These two test failures

These two test failures went away on my most recent test on ia64 using

now. It may have just been a fluke.
Is this relative
information on Debian and LSB is available at,

If you need any help solving this, like installing the tests or testing fixes,
please let me know.
Because LSB compliance is considered release critical this bug is being filed
as serious.

So it was trying to run an install GUI, and knows what to do when it
can't.
So 2.3.2.ds1-5 definitely breaks the installer here.
