Ok, I have just uploaded 2011j to o-s-p-u for now. I will see if 2011k is really released on Monday. It contains quite important changes, but not urgent (they will be need for the 3rd week of October). There is currently a lot of discussions on the upstream mailing list for the name of the new timezone for West Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
