I recently migrated to KDE 4.2.2 in debian unstable. I wanted to let you
(debian/kde-debian/tester team) know that you made a great job and I wanted to
send you many thanks for this achievement.
I had no issue migrating from 3.5.9 to 4.2.2. The only issue I had after a
dist-upgrade
I just upgraded to KDE 4.2.2 from unstable (from KDE 4.2.1 in experimental)
and everything seems to fine. I just want to say thank you for doing such a
great job with packaging KDE for Debian. Thanks!

I thought that Kaffeine, interfering with a printer was a bit on the far
side.
Indeed removing Kaffeine, allowed my Samsung ML-2010 to be seen again
in KDE print.
However it would not print but put the job in Kjobviewer, and only
printed on rebooting, a behaviour noted before.

Hmmm, I have not seen many messages to thank you all very much for the big
efforts concerning kde packages following the g++ + xorg transitions, and
that was a big task for sure - in summer in addition!
So here we go - as many other users I have successfully upgraded (never mind
