This is happening for some times. Like 1-2 months. Or a fortnight.
Seems it has no consequences, but unsettling.

thanks for update.
Works ok, no problems. It took while to startup kontact on first run.
I still have problem with 100% CPU usage in kontact (and/or kmail).
It's using CPU even if i shutdown akonadi server.
I don't know how to debug.

I installed debian buster from netinst CD on Z390 board (arock) with a
i9 CPU, and do apt-get update/upgrade nearly daily.
I installed kde-full and amarok from the repository. Amarok works so
