Dear Maintainer,
libindi has a build-depends on libusb-dev. A few years ago upstream
has released a new major version libusb 1.0 with a different API which
aims to fix design deficiencies with USB 2.0 and 3.0 in mind.

Alright, running kwrite with::
LANGUAGE=en LANG=en kwrite
works (with spotty highlighting for auto-check, but yeah).
My locale says::
LANG=en_GB.utf8
LANGUAGE=en_GB:en
however. I installed everything (on a clean slate Debian testing
machine) by saying::
aptitude install kwrite
