I agree we have no use for this code. Unfortunately it is currently

I know there are circumstances where the Debian and upstream versions

Dear Tim,
I have the same HP Elitebook and experienced the same issue when upgrading
jessie a few months ago. At the time I solved the issue by booting into an
older version of the kernel from GRUB. But then a few weeks ago that
workaround stopped working. I thought that completely

Thanks. Unfortunately, this patch did not help: I saw no change in
behavior compared to vanilla 4.1-rc2.
I should probably mention that there is a slight difference in the log
output of the 3.16 and 4.1 kernels: The xhci_hcd :04:00.0: irq 42

Hi,
Please check that this bug really is fixed once version 4.0.2-1 is
available.
I installed sid on a VM, and used the stress test code mentioned here:

wget https://github.com/mono/mono/raw/master/mono/tests/bug-18026.cs

powerpcle userland support. If this is not possible in the short term, then we
can re-enable this for unstable for some time.

Hi
When using the 4.0.0-1 on sid, after over 100 executions in a loop
it still hasn't crashed.
I'll try again in 4.0.2-1 when it's available, but this does suggest
it's fixed in 4.0.0.
Apologies, after being corrected I realised that I was actually testing
with 4.0.2-1. As such, I think
