Hi all,
when I want to compile the master branch of linux kernel in Debian Stretch,
there is one error in the following. It seems to be problem of Debian, not the
upstream
$ make
CHK include/config/kernel.release
CHK include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h
CHK
Package: firmware-iwlwifi
Version: 20161130-2
The ibt-11-5.ddc file format is broken. Therefore bluetooth isn't working as
expected with Intel Bluetooth 8260/8265 chips.
When bluetooth service loading the firmware there are strange infos logged:
> kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Bootloader revision

Hello,
Since kernel 4.9.0 replaced 4.8.0 in stretch, my notebook was unable
to resume from hibernation. Hardware is a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon

I have had two kernel upgrades since I reported this bug:

linux-image-4.9.0-0.bpo.1-amd64-unsigned 4.9.2-2~bpo8+1
Both kernels have had the same symptoms:
