The fix got accepted upstream a long time ago and made it into unstable. Unfortunately, even though Arnaud submitted it to the -stable tree and even though maintainer Andrew Lunn acked it, it never made it into the 4.19 stable series (despite several pings from Arnaud). Can we just add the patch
