I've found a similar error (practically the same I think) with my intel
iwl3945 a/b/g wifi card on Sid. It doesn't stop working correctly all the times
it happens, only a few of them (possibly, 1 of each

I had this issue with the iwlwifi firmware and constant microcode
software restarts. I reported it upstream and they asked me to try the
latest version. I tried iwlwifi-6000-ucode-9.221.4.1.tgz and found that
it seems to fix the issue

I've read several bug reports about this and it seems always related
to 11N in some way, so I tried loading the iwlagn module via
modprobe iwlagn 11n_disable50=1
And found that this helps. (On a Lenovo Thinkpad W500 with a 5300AGN

I have similar issues using Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless
4965 AG or AGN [Kedron] Network Connection (rev 61).
From dmesg:

Problem still in 0.21. However, this error started showing up in my logs
on Oct 19 with no noticable loss of function until this week. I found
that the package was most recently upgraded on Oct 25. And around that
time I started to notice.
