I'm having exactly the same problem on my Dell Latitude E7240 at every
boot. I can only use the card after rmmod iwlmvm iwlwifi modprobe
iwlwifi .
Could you submit a full dmesg? In particular, could you check whether
the WiFi kill flag was set when the problem occured?
