I have the same issue (Windows/Debian dual boot with LVM2).
The boot continues unless the errors happen after an hibernation, and in the
last case I get a KERNEL PANIC and I must reboot, losing my work session.

I have the same issue on a DELL LATITUDE 3330.
The boot continues unless the errors happen after an hibernation/suspension,
and in the last case I get a KERNEL PANIC. I must reboot (and lose the saved
session) to boot

Dear Maintainer,
after upgrading from Wheezy to Jessie (and therefore from kernel 3.2 to
3.16) I get the following error on my Dell Inspiron 5520 notebook when
booting the system:
