Hi.
I made some additional tests:
- upgraded kernel to linux-image-2.6.39-1-686-pae = 2.6.39-1
- upgraded pm-utils to 1.4.1-8
Also I disable startup of xdm and X11 (only framebuffer console via KMS).
Then I try to hibernate in cycle. After 3 successful cycles I found:

Severity: normal
I installed Debian 6.0 in VirtualBox and then upgrade it to sid.
During the upgrade I have a huge list of warnings. It is easy to
reproduce using:
$ sudo /usr/sbin/update-initramfs -u -k 2.6.32-5-686
[sudo] password for rousseau:
During an upgrade I also get a strange Debconf question.
Sorry, it is in French.
