Probably you are the uploader of the following file(s) in
the Debian upload queue directory:
linux_3.2.23-1.debian.tar.xz
linux_3.2.23-1.dsc
linux_3.2.23.orig.tar.xz
This looks like an upload, but a .changes file is missing, so the job
cannot be processed.
If no .changes file arrives within
linux_3.2.23-1_multi.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:
linux_3.2.23-1.dsc
linux_3.2.23.orig.tar.xz
linux_3.2.23-1.debian.tar.xz
linux-support-3.2.0-3_3.2.23-1_all.deb
linux-doc-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
linux-manual-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
Accepted:
linux-doc-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
to main/l/linux/linux-doc-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
linux-manual-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
to main/l/linux/linux-manual-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
linux-source-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
to main/l/linux/linux-source-3.2_3.2.23-1_all.deb
I have the same exact symptoms, also started with
linux-image-3.2.0-3-amd64 but worked great with many prior 3.2 versions
including linux-image-3.2.0-2-amd64.
