Archiving the kernel group repositories on Alioth

tl;dr: I propose to delete all of the Alioth kernel group's git repositories, but allow the Subversion repository to be archived. Let me know if you disagree. All our working git repositories have been migrated to Salsa, so I don't think there is any need for the Alioth versions to be archived.
