Bug#854281: Crash because of NULL pointer dereference in `pick_next_task_fair`
Hi, I also encountered this bug randomly three times on the last 2 months, on two servers (Linux x 3.16.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.56-1+deb8u1 (2018-05-08) x86_64 GNU/Linux), same hardware (I can share if needed), mainly running Apache, Docker and VirtualBox (Windows guests). They are running since February, but this bug only happened recently. Is it still happening on Debian Stretch with a 4.x kernel? Thanks. -- Robin THONI NVIDIA
Bug#910428: Acknowledgement (linux-image-4.18.0-2-amd64: linux 4.18.10 drastically increases power consumption for polaris on idle)
Bug is fixed with 4.18.13
Bug#908632: linux-image-4.19.0-rc3-amd64-unsigned: kernel 4.19 fails to load amdgpu driver on R9 270X.
The problem persists on linux-image-4.19.0-rc6-amd64-unsigned and linux-image-4.19.0-rc7-amd64-unsigned. The workaround mentioned above still fixes the problem on my end.

GNOME session is opened and working normally Disabling Wayland in gdm does not work around this. Switching to lightdm works around this (presumably it chooses video modes in a way that does not exactly match GNOME?), but not entirely reliably. smcv
Bug#910727: Overlays cannot be applied to dtbs - missing DTC_FLAGS='-@'
Package: linux-source Version: 4.18+98 Priority: wishlist Many boards like the Odroid-C2 come with optional add on boards. E.g. for the Odroid C2 there is an RTC module. The overlays can be applied by U-Boot using the 'fdt apply' command. For successful application of device tree overlays the dtb files must be built with the environment variable DTC_FLAGS='-@'. This flag adds a __symbols__ section to the dtb file. Unfortunately the flag '-@' is not set for packages linux-image-arm64 and linux-image-armhf. Pleae, adjust the build rules. Best regards Heinrich Schuchardt
