Actually, that not only pulls python3 but also perl, libicu, and in the
end with dependencies, that amounts to 114MB.

As I've posted at salsa, its decompression is so slow.
Its CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400GE (3.3GHz) but it takes 3 seconds.

still happens, in my case when GRUB had set resume=/dev/sda6 due to
other bug the bug appeared, removing that from kernel cmdline stopped
