Hello,
this bug is somewhat related to #499046 and #498328: with the above kernel
version, after about 3 days of uptime the system completely freeze, without
writing anything in /var/log/{messages,kern.log,syslog}. Usually it's
Hello Antoon XOrg maint,
I'm experiencing a similar issue since the last week or so, see #499198.
I gave the reason to a kernel problem, since not even a remote access
via SSH is possible, and nothing is written to system logs (so it's
something bigger than xorg).

Well, don't just ask me. You should use the debian-kernel list
for anyone who wishes to view them.
Kernel/Debian developers can use my system to debug if needed.
I'm reassigning to the kernel, since it seems a better place than reportbug.

Hello,
do you have any plan to backport 3.8.13 kernel package to
squeeze-backports? we'd love to use it on our squeeze system, but we
lack the knowledge/time to backport it ourselves.
