Building linux-libc-dev for architecture bootstrap
As requested, I just added a makefile target to linux-2.6 for building just linux-libc-dev. The command to use is: fakeroot make -f debian/rules.gen linux-libc-dev_$ARCH (substituting the dpkg architecture name for $ARCH).
