retitle 475684 RM: ipw3945d -- RoM; superseeded by iwlwifi

ipw3945 (kernel-module) is superseeded by iwlwifi in debian as of 2.6.24
and was removed earlier already. therefore, ipw3934d (binary-only,
regulartory daemon) is useless now, please remove it from the
