I've found it. It wasn't an error in the initramfs-tools. The idea came to me when I logged on to a system via RDP. I use a german keyboard and a us layout. The layout changed with the new initramfs-tools and so the keys I entered where wrong. It's definitely no bug. I'm sorry for causing
