That's an Ubuntu kernel version.  Please only report problems with the
kernel versions in Debian suites (squeeze based on 2.6.32, wheezy/sid
based on 3.2).

Can you still reproduce this?  If so, please attach full dmesg output
from booting a recent squeeze or sid kernel including the hang.
