Bug#608250: acpi-cpufreq: Error inserting acpi_cpufreq module: No such device

2010-12-29 Thread Timo Juhani Lindfors
Hi,

thanks for your report. I get the same behavior:

overlord3:~$ sudo modprobe acpi-cpufreq
FATAL: Error inserting acpi_cpufreq
(/lib/modules/2.6.32-5-xen-amd64/kernel/arch/x86/kernel/cpu/cpufreq/acpi-cpufreq.ko):
 No such device
overlord3:~$ dpkg-query -W linux-image-$(uname -r)
linux-image-2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 2.6.32-29

Does this work if you boot the same machine without xen?

-Timo
