Dear Maintainer,

Firmware for bluetooth adapter 0a5c:21e8 can be found at
http://plugable.com/2014/06/23/plugable-usb-bluetooth-adapter-solving-hfphsp-
profile-issues-on-linux/. Without this firmware, audio will not work over
bluetooth with this adapter. The same firmware can be used for 0a5c:21e6, but
needs to be renamed appropriately. Workaround is to follow the instructions on
the web site to download and install the firmware to /lib/firmware.

That page (now) shows the following:

These steps are here for archival purposes only. Firmware errors on Linux 
regarding the Bluetooth adapter have no impact on Bluetooth functionality in 
modern Linux distros.

It probably was fixed (quite) a while ago, but marking it as fixed with the 
latest uploaded version.
If the issue still persist, please reopen and provide error information from 
an updated system.
