Starting with -4 the system fails to boot from encrypted
harddrive. switchng back to -3 kernel and everything works fine again.

I have rebased my patch on 5.5.4-1~exp1 from the packaging master branch.
While at it I have also cleaned it up removing any options that were
implicitly selected, leaving only those that really need to be enabled
manually.
Boot tested, everything that worked before still does,
With reference to [1], is there any plan to add this build option for
the next release? This feature is important for us to use new ASAP
functionality that Mellanox NIC provides. If there are no objections to
enabling this feature, I can provide a merge request for Buster
branch.
