Can someone explain if this is a bug ? or maybe kernel try to talk to
nvme disk in non supported (by a disk) way ? or maybe there is a need

seems i forgot to update previously. I've found a workaround if setting
"nolapic" on kernel commandline, which puts the machine into 1 core
mode, but makes it at least a bit useable. with 5.10.0-8 it can wake up
from suspend, but button doesn't work, so i had to systemctl suspend.

It worked fine for most of the day, but then I tried pushing a TB over
NFS, and it died with watchdog timeouts and indefinite hangs.
That's sad. I guess I'll go for the backup option...
