I hope you can apply this patch fast, it's very important for us.
Thanks and regards,

Hi,
I'm sorry, normaly it shouldn't be a very important bug, but please
think about these ones, who have to log the caused traffic, that's very
terrible. So could you please add it to the next upload?

Hello,
Could you maybe add the kernelmodul 'kqemu' into the current

the repository and with that modul, it will run better.
Or maybe as a seperate package.
Patrick.

Hello,
since I have updated from 2.6.34 from experimental to 2.6.35-rc5, my notebook
does not shutdown anymore.
I am using KDE4 (and so on kdm). If I choose shutdown, kdm exits and then I can
not do anything.
2.6.32-trunk, the first (successful) login with kdm fails.
X/kdm restarts, the second login is fine.
I can not find any crash logs in syslog, dmesg, Xorg.log, kdm.log and so
on..
If I start my PC with 2.6.31, everything is fine again.

Hello,
looks like a real (fixed) bug:
1) in the past (etch times) it does not happen
2) With squeeze and some more kernel versions + the issue occurs
3) Now - with 2.6.37 (maybe also with 2.6.36, just notified it now) it
isn't changing on each reboot again and again

and so on the whole folder /lib/modules/version will not be removed
(not empty dir).
So on purging the package (headers or image?) the build.save symlink

Hi Ben,
first thanks for your good work for Debian especially for the Linux kernel!
But with #854066 I have to disagree / argue with you. You lowered the
severity to a non rc bug, but it is in my eyes. At the moment we have
got a project: Linux instead of Windows on Desktops for Developers.
So
