Ich habe »watch«-Datei global in Watch-Datei umgeändert.

Also das englische Original ist hier sehr schwer und misverständlich
formuliert. Deine Übersetzung ist eine mögliche Variante, ggf. sollte
(nicht nur für diese Zeichenketten) mal ein Muttersprachler sich des
Originals annehmen (ja, das geht deutlich über die QS hinaus, aber
falls Du mit den Paketbetreuern in Kontakt stehst, kannst Du das ggf.
ja mal anregen).
