UC Berkeley yesterday has agreed to put CIDER under BSD (see https://embedded.eecs.berkeley.edu/pubs/downloads/cider/index.htm). Taking into account ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change CIDER is now covered by the Modified BSD license. Holger
