In a package I maintain lintian warns about:

N: Processing binary package cpufreqd (version 1.2.3-3) ...
I: cpufreqd: several-sonames-in-same-package libsys_pmu.so libsys_acpi.so
libsys_apm.so
N:
N: There are several shared libraries in this package and they have
N: different sonames. This is usually discouraged because it is
N: inherently error-prone.
N:
W: cpufreqd: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libsys_pmu.so libsys_acpi.so
libsys_apm.so
...

However the guilty files are in /usr/lib/cpufreqd/ and are meant to be
plugins for the core binary, not shared libraries.
