I probably shouldn't ship that file, but I don't think it is

Bug still persists in lintian/2.110.0 when building with gem2deb/1.6.
Spotted when attempting to get rid of "X-DhRuby-Root vs X-Dhruby-Root"
hint from spglib/1.16.2-1.
