If anyone has objections, voice them now, or I'll make an upload tomorrow from what's in Subversion. I don't like the tar change (I mean the change in tar, not necessarily the change in lintian). The current solution will make lintian unusable with older tar versions, which is a step futher than the perl library backports needed so far. I believe the change in tar behaviour is gratious, and will break not only lintian, but also all kinds of sysadmin scripts and stuff like that. Now, from a lintian POV, there's not much we can do about it, so I have no objections to uploading as it is now. --Jeroen -- Jeroen van Wolffelaar [EMAIL PROTECTED] (also for Jabber MSN; ICQ: 33944357) http://Jeroen.A-Eskwadraat.nl -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Eh, I later read on -devel that this is actually not the case -- I tested this in testing and the testlab totally failed, but I might have misinterpreted this failure -- indeed, it turned out that I simply didn't have cdbs installed. --Jeroen -- Jeroen van Wolffelaar [EMAIL PROTECTED] (also for Jabber MSN; ICQ: 33944357) http://Jeroen.A-Eskwadraat.nl -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Yeah, I was worried about that too but then went back and checked changelogs and became less worried. -- Russ Allbery ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
