There aren't any informations about creating new user in there.
you are right, alternative if you want add *another* user, maybe you use
a live hooks
you can add config/include.chroot/lib/live/config/999-add-custom-user
and put useradd commands

rub installs fail.. i can not put grub-pc and
grub-efi in same binary image (via config/packages-list/*.list.binary
due a conflict between boot packages. The grub install stage fail.
With networking suport is not problem because the necesary packages are
downloaded. But whitout networking how to solved it?
