working with the Dell LCD Model E152FPc and Wyse S50. It would
be really helpful if this issue could be resolved. I really
need to use a Debian distribution on the Wyse S50.

Daniel,
The simple answer is no, because there are no USB (.../usb-hdd)
based images. The Wyse S50 boots from USB or IDE Flash drive.

the error message(s) the
live boot is issuing on the splash screen for the Live Image
boot. I expect those messages that flash by in subsecond speed
are first step to identify why the Live image does not boot.

delay=" parameter. I
will look into it before trying it. Then I will see if I can
try a related test in next day/two. The system I will test on
has Lubuntu 19.04 Live running on it at moment. I will need to
save the ram data before I shut it down. Then I can test the
"bootdelay="
to report obvious error
with error messages that do not provide a means to obtain
the error messages the Live Boot is providing. That causes
the reporting of the issue and error to be one of between a
rock and hard place void.

No issues when use LUbuntu Live LXDEQt 19.04, Linux Mint,
number of prior LUbuntu LiveCD (15.04s, 16.04s, 18.04s). This
suggests there are a number of problems with the Debian LiveCD
images that has been ongoing since at least Debian 9 Stretch
that is now in Debian Buster 1
to open at least one bug based on all the information and
ideas suggested that do not resolve this bug I have with two
different Lenovo machines (laptop and desktop).
I will be busy for next day or two. This means my time and
attention will be even more spotty than the past 24+ hours.

not reported these other
bugs/issues and will not waste my time trying to report.
As of this eMail I will not spend more time dealing with the
issue as I reported and asked for assistance to find the
error messages that flashed on the splash screen.
I wish you the best in the issues you wish to repo
know as I was not going to investigate.
