In introduction to this mail, let me introduce FreeMedForms (if you already
know it, read next paragraph). FreeMedForms is an open source EHR with a
complet drug-drug drug-patient interactions (DDPI) checker. It is a full
set of two apps : freemedforms-ehr and freediams. FreeDiams
I've added the "SIMD everywhere" library to examl, expanding it to
non-AMD64 architectures

when I did my first attempt to port cain I learned that it is really
complex to do and while I gained some ideas what to try next in another
