last years Debian Med meeting was more or less dedicated to
microbiology. However, there is a chance to also gather people from
other fields like medical practice or medical imaging (or whatever your
favourite Debian Med topic might be).

FWIW: needless to remind that (neuro) imaging is where NeuroDebian's
interests overlap greatly, and we have been taking care about
maintaining a few related projects. I would have loved to come
but have no funds for travel atm... Michael might be interested and he
is closer.

Sure. I always considered most NeuroDebian packages as

You could at least try to ask DPL if funding is possible.
