Strolling through the ISMB exhibitors hall in Vienna I got in
contact with the company SciEngines [1]. They are a
not-so-recent-anymore startup from a neighbouring University,
i.e. a bunch of electroengineers crafting themselves from
A to E and G to Z the FPGA-cards for application
I can only comment -- Cool!

I am looking for a debian-med DD to upload the mummy package. It is
package in the debian-med svn as usual. And I uploaded a signed copy

That said, there are some other companies that has tried this out and I
doubt this will really take off. There might be some potential for the
protein folding stuff where they still struggle, but the GPUs have taken
whatever little market there was. They're already
