the patch you provided for arm/mips is not enough.
I submitted a new release (mainly for the seedtop issue) but build
still fails.
I reopened the bug.
Build logs [0] show error:
error: 'NCBI_INT8_TYPE' does not name a type
Your patch removed the define, but ncbitype.h use this type
