Hi,
as you can see here
https://github.com/dkoboldt/varscan/issues/12
four years ago upstream did not agree to a DFSG free license. It turned
out in the past that asking again (with better arguments) can change
upstreams opinion. I would be happy if somebody else would try to approach
Hi,
according to the arm64 log[1] the autopkgtest of jellyfish fails with
tests/generate_sequence.sh: 6: /usr/lib/jellyfish/bin/generate_sequence:
Exec format error
I was running the test on my pinebook without any problem. Any idea
what "Exec format error" might mean?
Kind regards
Hi Steve, Hi Gert,
I suppose targeting experimental at first makes sense. I have
not spent that much time interacting with ITK, and may be a bit
short on spare cycles in the coming week, so don't believe I
have that much to add. :)
I remember we've agreed on the upstream "withdata" notation

Hi folks,
I stumbled upon the autopkgtests log of iva[1] which possibly uncovers
an issue in kmc since the log says:
...
The following command failed with exit code 1
/usr/bin/iva --threads 1 --trimmomatic /usr/share/java/trimmomatic.jar
--pcr_primers hiv_pcr_primers.fa -f reads_1.fq.gz -r

Hi,
several European countries are back to lockdown again. May be this
might give some more people a motivation to join our effort.
The video conferences of the Debian Med team are an established

autopkgtests are cool!:)
H... now that the first autopkgtest run has failed, since when does
build-essential not install g++?
Since I see in the log file:
