How can I use a `pdf-viewer'?

Hi, if a package needs to view pdf-files it has to depend on the virtual package `pdf-viewer'. Is there a better possibility to view pdfs from the package then making a dependency on `mime-support' and to use `see'? Thanks, Adrian -- A No uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater
