I have a new, little and last correction. The file README.rst is being
installed in python-twython binary only. There are two ways to fix it:
1. Rename d/docs to python-twython.docs and copy python-twython.docs
as python3-twython.docs or;
2. Remove d/docs and add a 'dh_installdocs -a R
