Disabling all of the tests is a bit of an overkill. Please only disable the
ones that need those deprecated classes.
It should be enough to disable test_display and mpl_ic.

Now I have separated and re-uploaded the package into 3 parts as below.
- base16384: The binary file.
-libbase16384-2: The library.
- libbase16384-2-dev: The header and archive.
I wonder whether it is exactly what you meant.
