i did a lot of
At the end, it seems that there was an (unknown and not fixed) bug in debexpo.
The workflow that worked was:
- do a source-only build of the package
- upload the package's source-only .changes (which does not mention .buildinfo)
- wait to see if debexpo correctly imports the package

The mentors side of that:
2016-11-23 + 10:08:58,975 DEBUG [debexpo.worker] Source file
/var/cache/debexpo/incoming/pub/patat_0.4.0.0-1.dsc does not exist -

$ dput mentors patat_0.4.0.0-1_source.changes
Uploading patat using http to mentors (host: mentors.debian.net;
There still is nothing appearing on mentors. I just tried a source only upload.

Or, at least, it seemed to. I still can't see anything on mentors...
$ dput mentors patat_0.4.0.0-1_amd64.changes --force
Uploading patat using http to mentors (host: mentors.debian.net; directory:
/upload)
OK, it worked. Thanks!
The remaining question is, is this .buildinfo issue on my side or on mentors'?

Hello Félix,
Try removing the .buildinfo file from your .changes, and re-sign it. I

I may have misread the errors returned by dput when I tried to upload to
mentors... I thought having uploaded to ftp-master prevented uploading to
mentors.
Anyway, I still can't upload to mentors and I don't understand why :-).
$ dput mentors patat_0.4.0.0-1_amd64.changes
Uploading patat
